What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in an enquiry form, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, the configuration you are interested in, and when you are planning to visit.
Information collected automatically. When you arrive from an advertisement, our website stores campaign identifiers (such as Google Ads and Meta click identifiers and UTM parameters) in your browser for up to 30 days, so that we can attribute your enquiry to the campaign that brought you here. We also record your IP address, browser type and the page you submitted from, to protect the form against automated abuse.
Why we use it
- To contact you about the project you enquired about, by phone, email or WhatsApp
- To send you the cost sheet, floor plans, master plan, payment plan and brochure
- To arrange a site visit or a virtual walkthrough
- To pass your enquiry to the developer or their authorised representatives so that your interest can be registered against our channel partner code
- To measure which advertising campaigns produce genuine enquiries
- To detect and block spam and automated submissions
Consent to be contacted
When you submit an enquiry, you expressly authorise us and our authorised representatives to contact you by telephone, SMS, email or WhatsApp in connection with that enquiry. This authorisation applies even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry or under any Do Not Disturb service, and it overrides that registration for the purposes of this enquiry. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
Who we share it with
We share your enquiry details with the developer of the project and their authorised representatives, and with our own sales team. We also use service providers who help us operate this website and our communications — our web host, our email delivery provider and our advertising platforms — who process data only on our instructions.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to service your enquiry and to meet our legal, contractual and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Campaign identifiers stored in your browser expire after 30 days.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses browser storage to retain campaign identifiers, and may use cookies set by Google and Meta to measure advertising performance. You can clear or block these through your browser settings; doing so will not prevent you from using the website or submitting an enquiry.
Security
Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
Your rights
You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct anything inaccurate, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Write to lead@godrejbangaloreprojects.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when it is published on this page, and the date at the top will change accordingly.
