1. Who we are
This website is operated by a real estate agent registered with the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority under registration number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/AG/230216/003435, acting as an authorised channel partner for the project presented here. We are not the developer or promoter of the project, and this is not the developer's official website.
2. Purpose of this website
This website exists to share information about the project and to let you register an enquiry. Nothing on it is an offer, an invitation to offer, a solicitation, or a binding contract. No booking, allotment or right of any kind arises from browsing this website or submitting an enquiry.
3. Accuracy of information
Project details are provided by the developer and are subject to change without notice. Areas, layouts, specifications, amenities, prices, payment plans and timelines may be revised by the developer at any time. The binding terms of any purchase are those recorded in the application form and the agreement for sale, and in the developer's RERA filings.
4. Images, plans and representations
All images are artist's impressions, renders or stock images used for representational purposes. Floor plans and the master plan are indicative. No warranty is given that the completed development will correspond to any image or drawing published here.
5. Price and charges
Prices are indicative agreement values and are exclusive of stamp duty, registration charges, GST, maintenance deposits, and other statutory and incidental charges, all of which are payable over and above the agreement value.
6. Payment plan
Any payment plan described on this website, including the 20:80 plan, is an offer of the developer, subject to the developer's terms, eligibility, availability and allotment. Statements about payments not being due relate only to amounts payable to the developer, and do not affect any obligation you may owe to a lender, including pre-EMI or interest during construction.
7. Enquiries and contact
By submitting an enquiry you confirm that the details you provide are true and belong to you, and you authorise us and our authorised representatives to contact you by telephone, SMS, email or WhatsApp about the project, notwithstanding any registration on the National Do Not Call Registry or under any Do Not Disturb service. You may withdraw this authorisation at any time by writing to us.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false, misleading or third-party details; not to use automated tools to submit enquiries; not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website or its systems; and not to copy, reproduce or republish content from this website for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Intellectual property
Text, layout and design on this website belong to the operator of this website. Developer names, project names, logos and marketing materials belong to their respective owners and are used here under the authorisation extended to us as channel partner.
10. Third-party links and content
This website may link to or embed third-party content such as maps and virtual tours. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it or for the privacy practices of those third parties.
11. No professional advice
Nothing on this website is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. We make no projection or representation about future prices, rental income, resale value or returns. Please take independent advice before committing to a purchase.
